UDF memorial unveiled in Mitchell’s Plain

The memorial is a tribute to the UDF members for their role in the fight for democracy in the country. The memorial celebrates the founding of the UDF, which was launched before 15 000 people at the Rocklands Civic Centre in Mitchells Plain on 20 August 1983.
