The African National Congress says it will send a delegation "as soon as possible" to South Africa to meet President FW de Klerk. ANC secretary-general Alfred Nzo says the movement is prepared to negotiate a "suspension of hostilities" once De Klerk meets the ANC's remaining pre-conditions for formal talks.
