Rejoice Mabudafhasi

Date: 23 May, 1943

Member of the African National Congress and Deputy Minister of Environmental Affairs since 17 June 1999, Rejoice (Joyce) Thizwilondi Mabudafhazi was born in Venda, Northern Transvaal (now Limpopo Province). She was appointed to her current position by president Thabo Mbeki.
