Venue: Keisergracht - a walk down Keisergracht will take place with banners depicting District Six communities as well as other communities affected by forced removals. Claremont, for example, will be represented as well, and all other communities who experienced forced removals are welcome to join & to bring banners with their communities' names on them. The programme will end with speeches, performances and music. The aim of this occasion is to create large scale awareness of the impact of apartheid displacement and to focus attention on the ideals of restitution.
