Dr. Mangosutho Buthelezi, Chief Executive Councillor of the KwaZulu Legislative Assembly in 1972 and later leader of Inkatha, rejected the South African Government's proposed plan to consolidate Zululand in terms of the 1936 Trust and Land Act.|
