TO DEMAND (BY NATION WIDE DEMONSTRATIONS, A "MILLION SIGNATURE" PETITION & OTHERWISE) THE FOLLOWING:

1. No tampering with the Cape Vote.

2. Extension of native franchise to other Provinces.

3. Universal free education for non-Europeans.

4. Abolition of Pass Laws.
