Zulu Chief Cyprian Bhekuzulu is born

Monday, 4 August 1924

Cyprian Bhekuzulu Nyangayezizwe KaDinuzulu (also known as Cyprian Bhekuzulu Nyangayezizwe kaSolomon), fourth son of Solomon KaDinuzulu and Masibiya KaMathathela Ntombeni was born in the royal kraal Nsindeni, Mahlabatini district, Zululand. He was Paramount Chief of the Zulu people from 1948 to 1968; also head of the Usuthu tribal authority as well as of the Nongoma regional authority.
