Ephraim Ziqubu was born in 1948 in Rorkes Drift, Natal. Ziqubu received his training at Rorke\'s Drift. In 1969 he was employed as a potter. He joined Katlehong Art Centre in Germiston in 1979 and worked with ceramics, sculpture and graphics. He has participated in many of the center\'s group exhibitions.
