Blenheim House, 4 Baird Street, Uitenhage

This imposing dwelling with its notable Cape Dutch features was erected in 1815 as a single storey structure. A second storey with a well-decorated fretted timber verandah were added in 1903. It was declared a National Monument under old NMC legislation on31 July 1981.
