A forest 34km East of Elliotdale. The forest is reputed to have resulted from Imilenya shrubs, planted on the grave of Chief Tsiwo! The name is thought to be a Xhosa adaption of Khoikhoi,'Howagu'-graves. Shaka Zulu's forces escaped into this forest in 1828, commanding a full view of the land below!
