Dundubela Aubrey Mokoena, was the former executive director of the Black Community Programmes (BCP). November 1978. Soweto. he was released from prison and served with a 5 year banning order under the of the Internal Security Act, 1950 (Act 44 Of 1950) until 30 November 1983. 

In 1999, his name appeared at Number 10 on the Gauteng African National Congress (ANC) Provincial List to go to the National Parliament as a Member of Parliament.
